MR. PRESIDENT:

    I move
that Senate Bill 64 be amended to read as follows:

SOURCE: Page 2, line 38; (00)MO006403.2. -->     Page 2, line 38, after "IC 34-6-2-38)." insert " All employees of each board or fund employed within a classification covered by a labor agreement to which the state is a party shall continue to remain subject to the terms and conditions of that agreement and any successor labor agreements entered into by the state.".
    Page 3, line 9, after "fund" insert " covered by this article that satisfies the conditions of section 1.5 of this chapter".
    Page 3, line 37, after "fund" insert " covered by this article that satisfies the conditions of section 1.5 of this chapter".
