Referenda on local ordinances. Provides that registered voters may petition a city or town legislative body to repeal an ordinance or resolution. Provides that if the city or town legislative body does not repeal the ordinance or resolution, the municipality must submit the question of whether the ordinance or resolution should be repealed to the registered voters of the municipality. |
