Emergency medical service pensions. Allows the county council of Delaware County to establish an actuarially sound pension trust as a retirement plan for emergency medical service employees who are employed by the county after December 31, 2000. Provides that an employee beneficiary who is at least 50 years of age may retire with full benefits after 20 years of service. |
