Tobacco settlement health services trust fund. Creates the tobacco settlement health services trust fund. Provides that the tobacco settlement agreement money be placed in a trust fund and that interest from the fund be used to provide funds for purposes related to health services. Establishes an advisory board to make recommendations regarding grant proposals. Establishes the pharmaceutical assistance for the aged and disabled program. Requires the division of disability, aging, and rehabilitative services to contract for insurance coverage of prescription drugs and administer the program. |
