  | DIGEST OF INTRODUCED BILL Fireworks. Allows a county to prohibit the sale, wholesale or otherwise, of any firework that is not permitted for sale at retail. Allows the county to impose a civil penalty of up to $1,000 per day for a violation of the prohibition on the sale of fireworks. Specifies that an ordinance prohibiting the sale of fireworks adopted by a county applies to all areas of a county, whether incorporated or unincorporated. |
