Jury selection. Requires jury commissioners for a county to compile and maintain a master list of prospective jurors that consists of all residents of the county who: (1) pay property taxes; (2) have registered motor vehicles; (3) are utility customers; (4) file income tax returns; (5) are listed in city directories in the county; (6) are listed in telephone directories in the county; and (7) have been issued driver's licenses. Allows county voter registration lists to be used only to supplement master lists. |
