Tobacco settlement trust fund. Creates the tobacco settlement trust fund. Establishes the employer sponsored health plan assistance program and the pharmaceutical assistance for the aged and disabled program. Specifies that interest that accrues in the tobacco settlement trust fund is annually appropriated for uses under the employer sponsored health plan assistance program, the pharmaceutical assistance for the aged and disabled program, and education, prevention, and treatment programs for substance abuse. Requires annual reporting to the general assembly on the use of the funding. |
