  | DIGEST OF INTRODUCED BILL Domestic violence. Requires a noncustodial parent's visitation with a child to be supervised if the noncustodial parent has been convicted of battery involving domestic violence or has demonstrated a pattern of domestic violence. Establishes a specific schedule for visitation after the conclusion of supervised visitation. Provides that the visitation provisions apply to both dissolution of marriage and paternity cases. Prohibits a court from releasing a defendant on personal recognizance if the defendant is charged with an offense involving domestic violence. Makes conforming changes. |
