Tobacco use by minors. Increases the part of the balance in the tobacco education and enforcement fund that is to be used for the enforcement of youth tobacco laws and decreases the part of the balance in the fund that is to be used for other purposes. Provides that a minor who purchases, accepts, or possesses tobacco commits a delinquent act, and thus subjects a person to prosecution for the Class A misdemeanor of contributing to the delinquency of a minor if the person encourages, aids, induces, or causes a minor to purchase, accept, or possess tobacco. |
