Pharmacists' conscience clause. Provides that a pharmacist is not required to dispense abortifacients if the pharmacist objects on the basis of religious beliefs or moral convictions. Provides that a pharmacist's refusal to dispense abortifacients may not be the basis for a claim for damages or a disciplinary, recriminatory, or discriminatory action against the pharmacist. |
