Interest on worker's compensation awards. Provides that if a determination of eligibility for worker's compensation is not made within 30 days, and the employer is subsequently determined to be liable to pay compensation, the first installment of compensation must include the accrued weekly compensation and interest at the legal rate computed from the date 14 days after the disability begins. |
