Parental notice of student surveys. Requires a school to give notice to the parent or guardian of a student each time the student is asked to participate in a personal analysis, an evaluation, or a survey that is not directly related to academic instruction and that attempts to affect the student's attitudes, habits, traits, opinions, beliefs, or feelings concerning several areas. Exempts the questioning of an individual student during a disciplinary procedure or a survey conducted by a student run news medium from the notice requirement.
