Swimming in Lake Michigan. Provides that a governmental entity or an employee acting within the scope of the employee's employment is not liable if a loss results from failure to prohibit or limit swimming in Lake Michigan. Allows municipalities that abut Lake Michigan to adopt an ordinance to prohibit or limit swimming in the part of the lake within or immediately adjacent to the boundaries of the municipality. |
