Synopsis: Coordination of child care regulation board. Extends for three years the expiration of the board for the coordination of child care regulation. Allows the board to meet at any time during the calendar year. (The introduced version of this bill was prepared by the board for the coordination of child care regulation.)

    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning human services.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

    SECTION 1. IC 12-17.2-3.1-2 , AS ADDED BY P.L.211-1999, SECTION 3, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2001]: Sec. 2. The terms of the members expire November 1, 2001. 2004.
    SECTION 2. IC 12-17.2-3.1-4 , AS ADDED BY P.L.211-1999, SECTION 3, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2001]: Sec. 4. The board:
         (1) shall meet upon the call of the chairperson; and
        (2) may meet at any time during the calendar year.

    SECTION 3. IC 12-17.2-3.1-12 , AS ADDED BY P.L.211-1999, SECTION 3, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2001]: Sec. 12. This chapter expires November 1, 2001. 2004.
