Synopsis: State fair advisory committee. Provides that the state fair
commission, the state fair board, or the board of trustees of the center
for agricultural science and heritage shall provide to the state fair
committee information relating to the operation of each, respectively,
as requested by the state fair advisory committee.
Effective: July 1, 2001.

A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning
agriculture and animals.

trustees of the barn shall provide

(b) The legislative services agency shall provide staff for the
committee.
