    A BILL FOR AN ACT concerning human services and to make an appropriation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SOURCE: ; (01)IN1868.1.1. -->     SECTION 1. [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2001] There is annually appropriated to the bureau of aging and in-home services established by IC 12-10-1-1 three million dollars ($3,000,000) from the state general fund for Medicaid waiver oversight activities, including oversight of Medicaid waiver providers and case managers by the area agencies on aging.
