    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning human services.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

    SECTION 1. IC 12-17.2-3.1-2, AS ADDED BY P.L.211-1999, SECTION 3, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2001]: Sec. 2. The terms of the members expire November 1, 2001. 2004.
    SECTION 2. IC 12-17.2-3.1-12, AS ADDED BY P.L.211-1999, SECTION 3, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2001]: Sec. 12. This chapter expires November 1, 2001. 2004.
