Delivery of enrolled acts. Allows the legislative services agency to fulfill its responsibility to distribute the enrolled acts to the clerks of circuit court by distributing electronic copies of the enrolled acts. Provides that a circuit court clerk may inform the legislative services agency whether the clerk prefers a hard paper copy or an electronic copy, and requires the legislative services agency, if a clerk expresses a preference, to deliver the enrolled acts to the clerk in the form preferred by the clerk. (The introduced version of this bill was prepared by the code revision commission.)
