Adult guardianship services program. Specifies that, subject to available funding, the division of disability, aging, and rehabilitative services (DDARS) may not limit participation in the adult guardianship services program to incapacitated adults who are current or former residents of state owned or operated institutions. Appropriates $800,000 to DDARS beginning July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2003, to implement the adult guardianship services program. |
