    Your Committee on       Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development     , to which was referred       House Bill 1228     , has had the same under consideration and begs leave to report the same back to the House with the recommendation that said bill be amended as follows:

    Replace the effective date in SECTION 1 with "[EFFECTIVE UPON PASSAGE]".

        (2) found to be in good or excellent condition;
by the United States Army Corps of Engineers shall not be lower than the one hundred (100) year frequency flood elevation plus one (1) foot.
