Synopsis: Local regulation of shooting ranges. Repeals provision that excluded shooting ranges located in an area designated before January 2, 1958, as an "S" suburban residence district by a county zoning ordinance from the law permitting local units of government to regulate the location, use, operation, safety, and construction of a shooting range.

Effective: July 1, 2002.

    A BILL FOR AN ACT to repeal a provision of the Indiana Code concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

    SECTION 1. IC 14-22-31.5-4 IS REPEALED [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2002].
