    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning state offices and administration and to make an appropriation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SOURCE: IC 4-23-2-7; (03)IN1710.1.1. -->     SECTION 1. IC 4-23-2-7 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2003]: Sec. 7. There is annually appropriated to the Indiana arts commission six million eighty thousand four hundred eighty-five dollars ($6,080,485) from the state general fund to provide program and service grants to arts providers under IC 4-23-2.5.
