A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning state
offices and administration and to make an appropriation.

IC 4-23-2-7
IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE
AS A
NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY
1, 2003]:
Sec. 7. There is annually appropriated to the Indiana arts
commission six million eighty thousand four hundred eighty-five
dollars ($6,080,485) from the state general fund to provide
program and service grants to arts providers under
IC 4-23-2.5.
