Synopsis: Identification of gasoline refineries. Requires a person who sells gasoline to display on the gasoline pump the name of all refineries at which the gasoline was produced.

    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning taxation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SOURCE: IC 6-6-1.1-1317; (03)IN1805.1.1. -->     SECTION 1. IC 6-6-1.1-1317 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2003]: Sec. 1317. A person who sells gasoline shall prominently display on the metered pump from which the gasoline is dispensed the name and location of each refinery at which the gasoline dispensed from the metered pump was produced.
