COMMITTEE REPORT




MR. PRESIDENT:

    The Senate Committee on Education and Career Development, to which was referred Senate Bill No. 230, has had the same under consideration and begs leave to report the same back to the Senate with the recommendation that said bill be AMENDED as follows:

    Page 1, delete line 13.

    (e) If the professional standards board finds that there is not a qualified licensed teacher available from the entities entering into

an agreement under subsection (a) to instruct in an educational program described under subsection (b), the professional standards board may issue a limited license to the instructor of an educational program described in subsection (b).
