A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning
SECTION 1. IC 4-32-9-33 IS AMENDED TO READ AS
FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2004]: Sec. 33. (a) The total prizes
awarded for one (1) pull tab, punchboard, or tip board game may not
two five thousand dollars ($2,000). ($5,000).
(b) A single prize awarded for one (1) winning ticket in a pull tab, punchboard, or tip board game may not exceed
three five hundred
ninety-nine dollars ($300). ($599).
(c) The selling price for one (1) ticket for a pull tab, punchboard, or tip board game may not exceed one dollar ($1).
