    A BILL FOR AN ACT concerning state and local administration and to make an appropriation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

    SECTION 1. [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2004] (a) There is appropriated to the department of natural resources three million dollars ($3,000,000) from the state general fund for its use in dredging Cedar Lake for the period beginning July 1, 2004, and ending June 30, 2006.
    (b) This SECTION expires July 1, 2006.
