    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning corrections.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

    SECTION 1. IC 11-10-6-5 IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2004]: Sec. 5. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), goods produced in whole or in part by committed persons in this state may be sold on the open market.
     (b) Furniture produced in whole or in part by committed persons may be sold only to state agencies and political subdivisions.
