    A BILL FOR AN ACT concerning natural and cultural resources.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SOURCE: ; (04)IN1015.1.1. -->     SECTION 1. [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2004] (a) As used in this SECTION, "department" refers to the department of natural resources.
    (b) The department shall change the name of the state park known as Potato Creek State Park to Richard Mangus State Park.
    (c) The department shall cause signs, literature, maps, and other materials that bear the name Potato Creek State Park to be changed to bear the name of Richard Mangus State Park as quickly as is practicable.
    (d) This SECTION expires June 30, 2009.
