    A BILL FOR AN ACT to repeal certain provisions of the Indiana Code concerning taxation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

    SECTION 1. THE FOLLOWING ARE REPEALED [EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2004]: IC 6-2.5-4-4.5; IC 6-2.5-6-15.
    SECTION 2. An emergency is declared for this act.
