  | DIGEST OF HB1304 (Updated March 2, 2004 4:55 pm - DI 84) 911 fees. Requires a county with a municipal public safety answering point (PSAP) to submit to the municipality an annual report of expenditures of enhanced emergency telephone system fees. Assigns: (1) the contents of HB 1304 as introduced; and (2) the relationship between state and local wireless systems to the regulatory flexibility committee for study during the 2004 interim. (HB 1304 as introduced requires: (1) telephone service suppliers to provide quarterly reports to the county treasurer and the municipal fiscal officer detailing collections of enhanced emergency telephone system fees from customers within the municipality; and (2) the county treasurer to remit quarterly 75% of the fees collected from customers within the municipality to the fiscal officer of the municipality.) |
