    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning gaming.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SOURCE: IC 4-33-6-22; (05)IN0355.1.1. -->     SECTION 1. IC 4-33-6-22 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2005]: Sec. 22. (a) As used in this section, "corporate headquarters" refers to a domestic business entity's physical presence in Indiana that results in Indiana being the regular or principal place of business of the business entity's chief executive, operating, and financial officers.
    (b) A licensed owner or operating agent shall locate the licensed owner's or operating agent's corporate headquarters in Indiana before June 30, 2006.
