    The Senate Committee on Natural Resources, to which was referred House Bill No. 1138, has had the same under consideration and begs leave to report the same back to the Senate with the recommendation that said bill be AMENDED as follows:

    Page 2, delete lines 2 through 3.
    Page 4, after line 41, begin a new paragraph and insert:
SOURCE: ; (06)CR113801.5. -->     "SECTION 5. [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2005 (RETROACTIVE)] (a) In addition to any other appropriations to the department of natural resources, there is appropriated to the department of natural resources ten million dollars ($10,000,000) from the lifetime hunting, fishing, and trapping license trust fund for its use in carrying out the purposes of IC 14-22-4-6, as amended by this act, beginning July 1, 2005 and ending July 1, 2007. Any part of the appropriation not expended or encumbered on June 30, 2006, continues to be available for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006
and ending June 30, 2007.
    (b) This SECTION expires July 1, 2007.
