Synopsis: School absence for civil air patrol activities. Requires a
school governing body or administrative officer to excuse a secondary
school student who is a member of the Indiana wing of the civil air
patrol for not more than five absences per school year for certain
emergency service operations, or for the duration of an international air
cadet exchange program.
Effective: July 1, 2007.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
