"SECTION 7. IC 7.1-5-10-1 IS AMENDED TO READ AS
FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2007]: Sec. 1. (a) Except as
provided in subsection (d), it is unlawful to sell alcoholic beverages at
the following times:
(1) At a time other than that made lawful by the provisions of
