    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning education.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SOURCE: IC 20-12-1-13; (07)IN1372.1.1. -->     SECTION 1. IC 20-12-1-13 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOW [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2007]: Sec. 13. The board of trustees of each state educational institution (as defined in IC 20-12-0.5-1) that offers graduate degree programs shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to set standards giving priority for admission into the state educational institution's graduate degree programs to qualified Indiana residents.
