    A BILL FOR AN ACT concerning land use and to make an appropriation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SOURCE: ; (07)IN1695.1.1. -->     SECTION 1. [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2007] (a) There is appropriated to the military base planning council established by IC 4-3-21-3 thirteen thousand five hundred dollars ($13,500) from the state general fund to pay the costs of a federal joint land use study that would otherwise be imposed on local governments near Camp Atterbury.
    (b) The money appropriated by this SECTION does not revert to the state general fund at the close of any state fiscal year but remains available to the military base planning council until the purpose for which it was appropriated is fulfilled.
