    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning criminal law and procedure.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

    Sec. 1. A state educational institution may not regulate in any manner the ownership, possession, sale, transfer, or transportation of firearms or ammunition.
