Synopsis: Donor withdrawal of property from institutions. Allows a donor to an institutional fund to petition a court for withdrawal of donated property from the institution if the institution is not managing or distributing the property in a manner consistent with the donor's intention.

Effective: July 1, 2008.

    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning trusts and fiduciaries.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

The donor identified in the gift instrument may petition a court to withdraw the donated property from the institution if the institution is not managing or distributing the property in a manner consistent with the donor's intention.
