Synopsis: Public safety survivors tuition and fee exemption. Exempts
the children of a public safety officer who is killed in the line of duty
from the payment of educational costs for up to 124 semester credit
hours at a state educational institution or technical school. (Currently,
the children must be younger than 23 years of age to use the benefit.)
Effective: July 1, 2009.
