    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning higher education.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

The double up for college program is established for secondary school students in grades 11 and 12. School corporations and state educational institutions may shall collaborate to offer:
        (1) early college;
        (2) dual credit; or
        (3) dual enrollment;
programs that meet the educational objectives of the school corporation and are offered by the state educational institutions in secondary school locations.
