    I move
that Engrossed House Bill 1109 be amended to read as follows:

SOURCE: Page 16, line 13; (10)MO110906.16. -->     Page 16, line 13, delete "may not" and insert " shall".
    Page 16, line 13, delete "until" and insert " using the procedures in IC 3-11.5 for counting absentee ballots at a central location, including the procedures for challenging absentee ballots and eliminating the absentee ballots of individuals voting in person at the polls,".
    Page 16, delete line 14.
    Page 16, line 15, delete "with the records on the direct record electronic voting system".
    Page 18, between lines 27 and 28, begin a new paragraph and insert:
