Law enforcement issues. Provides that a law enforcement officer who engages in sexual conduct with a child who is at least 16 and less than 18 years of age and at least five years younger than the law enforcement officer commits child seduction, a Class D felony. Increases the penalty for false reporting to a Class D felony if it is committed by means of a computer network and it substantially hinders any law enforcement process or if it results in harm to an innocent person.
