        A RESOLUTION urging the Legislative Council to assign the Regulatory Flexibility Committee to study disproportionate water and sewer rates.
    

    Whereas, The sewer and water rates for the citizens of Indiana should be assessed fairly throughout the state; and

    Whereas, In order to ensure that this fair assessment is happening, it is necessary to study the method used to determine these rates: Therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the

General Assembly of the State of Indiana:


    SECTION 1. That the Indiana House of Representatives urges the Legislative Council to assign the Regulatory Flexibility Committee to

study disproportionate water and sewer rates.
