Synopsis: Prohibiting resident tuition for illegal aliens. Provides that an individual who is not lawfully in the United States is not eligible to pay the resident tuition rate that is determined by the state educational institution.

    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning education.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
