COMMITTEE REPORT

MADAM PRESIDENT:

    The Senate Committee on Education and Career Development, to which was referred Senate Bill No. 267, has had the same under consideration and begs leave to report the same back to the Senate with the recommendation that said bill be AMENDED as follows:

        (1) examine and review the model educational materials before the materials are taught; and
        (2) choose to remove the parent's child from a class in which the model educational materials are taught.
".

and when so amended that said bill do pass.
