MADAM PRESIDENT:

    The Senate Committee on Commerce, Economic Development and Technology, to which was referred Senate Bill No. 558, has had the same under consideration and begs leave to report the same back to the Senate with the recommendation that said bill be AMENDED as follows:

"Authoritative" means being presented as trustworthy and competent when used to describe products, processes, applications, or data resulting from the practice of surveying.     Renumber all SECTIONS consecutively.
