Synopsis: Study of truck traffic. Establishes the interim study
committee on truck transportation issues. Requires the committee to
study: (1) accident patterns involving trucks; (2) truck speeds; (3)
creation of truck free highways in Indiana; and (4) other issues relating
to truck traffic in Indiana that the committee considers relevant or that
are assigned by the legislative council.
Effective: July 1, 2001.
