attorney general litigation expenses account established by
subsection (b).
(b) The attorney general litigation expenses account is
established within the state general fund for the purpose of
reimbursing the office of the attorney general for expenses
incurred in settlements and litigation. The account consists of

revert to the state general fund.

the approval of the budget agency after review by the budget
committee.
