MR. PRESIDENT:

    The Senate Committee on Health and Provider Services, to which was referred House Bill No. 1049, has had the same under consideration and begs leave to report the same back to the Senate with the recommendation that said bill be AMENDED as follows:

SOURCE: Page 2, line 10; (02)CR104901.2. -->     Page 2, line 10, after "2002" delete "," and insert " :
            " (A) sixty thousand six hundred fifty dollars ($60,650) for payment to the Indiana Blood Center for testing of bone marrow before entrance into the National Bone Marrow Registry; and
            (B)".
    Page 2, line 11, after "fund" insert " after the distribution is made under clause (A)".

    Page 2, line 18, delete "Donor" and insert " Donation".
