MR. PRESIDENT:

    The Senate Committee on Rules and Legislative Procedure, to which was referred Senate Bill No. 344, has had the same under consideration and begs leave to report the same back to the Senate with the recommendation that said bill be AMENDED as follows:

SOURCE: Page 2, line 17; (02)CR034401.2. -->     Page 2, line 17, delete "Four (4) members of the senate, not more than two (2)" and insert " Two (2) members of the senate, not more than one (1)".
    Page 2, line 20, delete "Four (4)" and insert " Two (2)".
    Page 2, line 21, delete "two (2)" and insert " one (1)".
    Page 2, line 24, delete "Four (4)" and insert " Six (6)".
    Page 2, line 27, delete "Four (4)" and insert " Six (6)" .

and when so amended that said bill do pass.
